calm I went to silver falls this weekend, left saturday and got back today. I wanted to walk the trail of ten falls and didn't. :/, it's ok, i saw a couple falls. I was just so tired and drained of energy and when i was finally up i didn't really have anyone to go with. I would have gladdly gone alone but ofcourse that's.. dangerous. BAH
The scenery was lovely, i could walk trails FOREVER! I love looking at waterfalls, and sunsets, and water, and treeeeees, and SKY (i was sooo close to sky), and ahhhhh. I'm wondering if I can talk people into going on the hike this weekend when my dad's family arrive.. what else is there to do besides the coast.
My cell phone came today, i can take more pictures now, :). It takes pictures, i hope good ones, nice ones, lovely ones, and perhaps splendid ones!
The weekend thing was all about Yap day, the dancing was interesting, I don't really have any regrets at all about refusing to join. Except the skirts i bet woulda been fun, maybe next year. Jocelyn read the Harry Potter book.. bah and gave away it's big finale, thaaaaanks.
My cousin makes the best BBQ in the world. And I ate the best cake in the world up there and the best pizza in the world.. COSCO's! *yes*

I'm pretty let down about the quality of the pictures it takes, but i keep in mind that it's just a phone...

Yap is not associated with Japan AT ALL. Wait, except for when japan tried to take over during World war but they tried to take over a lot of south pacific islands and the name YAP has NO association with Japan. It's plainly Yap. oh and yap is a state of the country Micronesia.Well, the weekend tried to create a YAP day here in oregon like the actual thing which was basically three nights of dancing, BBQing and drinking budweisser and being real loud all night. First there was the yapese dance saturday and sunday night. Followed by a DJing dance around 10pm that played yaps 3 biggest hits.. over and over and over. The songs got real old, but they kept playing them, but i know they could have played other songs casue occasionally they'd throw in some other songs. It's okay, they didn't get all the money proposed to them cuase they didn't do a great job plus they were supposed to have a live band which they left a couple nights early.
It happens every year, the excuse of yap day, but they get together like every 3 months and do the same thing minus the yap dance. IF you're interested.. we got the dances on tape. jk you wouldn't be interested.
